Hello everyone! I am Louise BRICKERT, I am 34 years old and I am a family, couples and individual therapist with a systemic approach. I also offer parenting support, in connection with the communication and relationship difficulties that some parents may encounter with their child(ren). I will describe to you in broad outline my professional and life journey so that you can get to know me a little. Following a very significant event in my life that destabilized my entire environment, my way of life, my relationship, my family, my work, I had to make a choice between two paths that presented themselves to me… That's when I decided to bounce back and reinvent myself! Through this experience, I had to make decisions and do a huge amount of work on myself to become an actor of my change. After experiencing difficult times and moments of doubt, I embarked on a process of reconstruction that led me to a professional reconversion. I then undertook a 5-year training in systemic family and couples therapy at the Creuset familial in Metz, where I supported couples and families for 2 years, before embarking on the adventure of the private sector. Before this turning point in my life, I worked in families' homes, but also in schools with teachers, management and school support assistants, who welcomed children and adolescents with an autistic spectrum disorder. I also worked in various boarding schools, with people suffering from mental and/or physical disorders, associated or not with an intellectual disability.
