My Story
Passionate and Yoga Alliance certified yogini who gives classes by video, in the studio and at home. Educator and caring, the classes (yin, hatha, hatha flow, vinyasa) offered are fully customizable and can be accessible to all (children, adults and seniors + seated classes for people with reduced mobility). Between strength and flexibility, come "find balance in self-balance"! Namaste.
