Methodology and Goals
Lors de la première séance, nous définissons ensemble un objectif global et établissons les modalités de travail pour atteindre cet objectif. À chaque session de 1h30, nous décomposons l'objectif global en sous-objectifs spécifiques et élaborons un plan d'action détaillé pour chaque séance. Nous travaillons en co-responsabilité sur chaque objectif, avec un engagement mutuel à chaque étape du processus, garantissant ainsi le succès du coaching. Chaque petit pas atteint, séance après séance, nous rapproche de l'objectif global, assurant ainsi une progression constante vers la réussite.
