Mon Histoire
The well-being that comes from yoga's most basic poses, aligned with attention to breath and presence, can be life-changing; I say that from personal experience. Having yoga in my life since 1995 and later receiving certification from Yoga Alliance, I have learned that simple and regular practice is needed to improve health, stress management, and energy. My classes are mostly Hatha or Yin yoga, which focuses on flexibility, posture, strength, and breath. These practices target students' needs based on physical abilities, issues, and levels to address increased well-being. Then, through asanas, breath, and listening to the body, greatness occurs, freeing up the body and letting the essence of feeling good to take up residence.
