Abigail is an amazing yoga & breathwork teacher. Her voice guides you toward self-reflection and deep relaxation while stretching your body to release all the stress and tensions.
I would say that her coaching method is one of a kind. In her classes, she includes journaling, breathwork, yoga, aromatherapy and gives you the tools to incorporate daily wellbeing rituals.
I definitely feel that I am more aware of my body and my emotions, I feel more motivated and I learnt to take time for myself every day, not just sometimes. 🙏🏼❤️
