My Story
Passionnée par l'accompagnement professionnel et le potentiel humain. J'ai passé ma carrière à détecter, développer et faire réussir les talents. Forte de 25 ans d'expérience managériale, en qualité de RRH, consultante en management RH et directrice commerciale. J'ai complété ma solide expertise et mon master en gestion des ressources humaines, avec une formation de coach professionnelle en 2022 et une certification en bilan de compétences en 2023. J'accompagne les cadres, cadres dirigeants, entrepreneurs, chefs d'entreprise, actifs et ou en transition en qualité de coach, consultante et formatrice dans mes domaines d'expertise ; performance, management et leadership, transition, gestion et développement de carrière, co développement, accompagnement au changement, inclusion des personnes handicapées...
