My Story
My journey "I decided to be happy because it's good for my health" Voltaire I always knew that I wanted to do a job that would allow me to help others. This led me to study sophrology and naturally, I decided to make it my job. As a certified RNCP sophrologist, I define myself as a professional in helping relationships, the goal being to support you in improving your well-being and your quality of life.
