Voici le programme d'1h15 : - 10/15 min pour se poser, revenir à sa respiration et à son intériorité - 45 min de pratique de Yin Yoga avec des postures tenues entre 3 à 5 min dans l'immobilité, dans la posture juste pour vous - 15 min de relaxation/méditation Matériel à prévoir : Un tapis, un plaid, 2 briques ou 2 coussins ou 2 serviettes de bain, un bolster ou édredon si vous avez, une tenue confortable, un coussin relaxant pour les yeux ou un foulard. Accessible à toutes et tous, peu importe votre condition physique. Rejoignez-moi pour prendre le temps de souffler !

Objectif : se relaxer et faire une détox grâce à des postures douces.
Yin Yoga, Yoga and Movement teacher, massage instructor
Christelle, professeure de Yin Yoga, Yoga et Mouvement, instructrice massage à l’école et en famille, thaï massage. Je propose des cours accessibles à toutes et tous, débutants ou confirmés, peu importe votre condition physique, en attachant une attention particulière aux sensations, au respect de son corps en utilisant tous les supports nécessaires (blocs, bolsters, sangle, chaise, coussin, couvertures) afin de permettre à chacun de se sentir en sécurité. J’ai à cœur de proposer des séances avec des contes, des histoires, des extraits ...
de livre pour voyager dans son imaginaire. Les saisons, la médecine traditionnelle chinoise et les cycles de la lune peuvent être un support supplémentaire durant les ateliers thématiques pour (re)découvrir le yoga autrement.
